The Monitoring Committee analyses and approves the selection criteria of operations and projects
to be funded and every further revision of them according to planning needs, in
six months after the approval of the Operative Program (as provided by EC
Regulation 1083/2006, art. 65).
The definition of criteria derives from the need to identify the formal eligibility criteria
applied to priorities and actions established by the ROP in a start-up phase. Moreover, there are
further
eligibility and evaluation criteria accurately defined at the action level, in
relation to operative and specific purposes of ROP.
Therefore, the eligibility criteria determine admissibility or exclusion in case of
non-compliance. The evaluation criteria aim at determining a score and a related classification.
