Accessibility.

Improving the accessibility of the regional system is the specific objective of Axis 3, where accessibility of the regional system is meant as both the physical accessibility of goods and people to regional territory and the accessibility of the production system to new information technology. With regard to the transportation service, the goal is to increase the traffic of goods and passengers, by improving the comprehensive efficiency of the transportation system, implementing interventions favoring inter-modality and supporting transfer processes of passenger traffic’s shares from road to alternative modalities. In respect to the entrepreneurial system, the aim is to enhance the information society facilities in order to develop the use of information and telecommunication technologies.
